Overview<\/h2>\n

The\u00a0Scenic Jewel<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>was launched in 2013. The “space ship”\u00a0is 443 feet long\u00a0and carries 169 guests and 51 crew members. This vessel was built with the same specifications and layout as its two sister ships \u2013 Scenic Crystal<\/a><\/strong> and Scenic Jade<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Unlike many river cruise ships, Scenic Jewel\u00a0offers full, step-out balconies in place of more traditional French balcony staterooms. And 85 percent of its cabins have private balconies.<\/p>\n

There are 16 different stateroom categories aboard the Scenic Jewel. Categories are further differentiated by their relative positions on the ship and their square footage:<\/p>\n
