Uniworld is launching its Leap Year Flash Sale today at 11 AM PT, which features 2-for-1 savings that only come around every four years. The surprise activation marks one of the biggest discounts for the brand \u2013 up to 50% off all-inclusive luxury river cruise sailings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Leap Year Flash Sale features savings on some of Uniworld\u2019s most popular European itineraries for 2024. Each week, a batch of 10 cruises will be released at a 2-for-1 discount, with the second and third batch of sailings being released on February 20 and February 26, respectively. Guests have until Leap Day, February 29, to book their sailings, pending availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
First-round sailings include \u2018Brilliant Bordeaux\u2019 featuring France\u2019s stunning backdrops and wine culture across three rivers on the S.S. Bon Voyage<\/em>; \u2018Burgundy & Provence\u2019journeying through southern France and exploring local cuisine and art onboard the S.S. Catherine<\/em>; \u2018Highlights of Eastern Europe\u2019 on the classic Danube River <\/em>from Budapest to Bucharest on the S.S. Beatrice<\/em>, and more. Guests can stay tuned to discover additional sailings and experiences that will be unveiled here as part of the sale throughout February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Uniworld\u00a0is also still offering its\u00a02024 Solo Traveler Savings, waiving the Single Supplement on select European itineraries. Additionally,\u00a0Uniworld\u2019s\u00a02024 Cruise Savings Event\u00a0is live with savings of up to $3,000 per person on journeys in India, Peru, Vietnam, Europe and beyond. Both of these deals are valid on new bookings made by February 29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Riviera’s New Ships<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Riviera River Cruises will launch two new ships on the rivers of Europe in 2025, including one with a split-level bar and restaurant, a third restaurant, and the line\u2019s largest-ever suites. The new ships, Riviera Radiance and Riviera Rose, will also share the line\u2019s name for improved branding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 443-foot Riviera Radiance will feature amenities and cabins spread over four decks, including a split-level bar and restaurant, a third restaurant named Mosaic offering menus inspired by the rivers of Europe, a sun deck with pool, a bistro with open kitchen, a fitness center, and a spa and wellness area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Riviera Radiance\u2019s 89 cabins will accommodate 178 passengers. All cabins will have double beds that can be converted to twin beds, a bathroom with rain shower, desk with chair, flat-screen TV, individually controlled air conditioning, coffee machine, tea kettle, and more. Grand suites will be Riviera\u2019s largest, at 344 square feet, and will have a balcony with sliding doors and outdoor seating, and a seating area with sofa, lounge chair, and small table. Superior suites will be 258 square feet and will have a French balcony with sliding doors and a seating area with lounge chair and small table. Double cabins will be 172 square feet and will have a seating area with lounge chair and small table. Upper- and middle-deck Double cabins will have a French balcony with sliding doors, while lower-deck Double cabins will have a smaller fixed window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 262-foot Riviera Rose will feature amenities and cabins spread over four decks, including a sun deck with sky lounge, bar, and pool, an intimate yet relaxed restaurant with informal seating, and a fitness center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Riviera Rose\u2019s 57 cabins will accommodate 114 passengers. All cabins will have double beds that can be converted to twin beds, a bathroom with rain shower, desk with chair, flat-screen TV, individually controlled air conditioning, coffee machine, tea kettle, and more.
