Better Than Business Class? Certainly, A Better Value

My daughter and I slept comfortably in the roomy Economy Premium seats on Thai Air. I slept 12 hours; she slept 8.

She appreciated the color scheme; I enjoyed the recline, comfortable pillows, blankets and the fact that my knees were nowhere near the back of the seat in front of me.

Seatback entertainment featured fewer movie selections than on Business Class flights I’ve flown recently, but again, our seats were $2,000 less than Business Class on Thai Air (we paid $1960 each Los Angeles-Ho Chi Minh City roundtrip.)

Service was great; food, good but not great; and the seat featured an AC outlet for recharging computers and other devices. All in all, I highly recommend Thai Air’s Economy Premium.
