Ever been curious about Barging? This classic method of travel can be far more intimate and even elegant than the word “barge” might suggest, and nowhere is that more true than aboard European WaterwaysPANACHE.

Avid Cruiser Ralph Grizzle recently sailed through the gorgeous Alsace and Lorraine regions of France and brings back these stellar photographs of Panache, a ship that has us wanting to hop a flight to Paris and Go Barging!
