Have you checked out Uniworld Boutique River Cruises dedicated blog? It’s chocked full of useful information about the company’s ships, itineraries and product.

Uniworld’s blog is chocked full of useful information for prospective and experienced river cruisers alike.
What we like about this blog, situated on the line’s Tumblr account, is the interactive forum it provides for guests — prospective, present and past — to ask any question that happens to be on their mind about Uniworld’s product.
One guest asks about the best method to get from their hotel in Basel, Switzerland to the River Queen this coming November. Uniworld’s community manager, Katie, writes back that a taxi is probably their best bet, but they would do well to confirm with the front desk staff at the hotel they are staying at.
Just below, another guest had a question about tipping policies, while below, another question regarding the River Queen had cropped up involving the ship’s Category 1 Staterooms: Do they have windows that open? The answer via the ever-helpful Katie: No, they do not — but she was quick to point out that this elegant ship was recently ranked as the #1 Ship in the Conde Nast Traveller’s 2012 Readers Cruise Poll.

Even here at River Cruise Advisor, we found Uniworld’s blog informative enough that we spent a good hour last evening perusing through it — and we’d urge you to do the same. You just never know what you might find out about this upscale boutique line and their fleet of elegant river cruise ships.
