Emerald Cruises is now accepting bookings for its 2018 river cruise season. Travelers who book any 2018 sailing before April 30 will pay 2017 fares and receive an additional discount of $1,000  per couple on sailings of 15-days or longer, and $500 per couple on sailings of 8-14 days. Emerald Cruises 2018 preview brochures are available for order now.

Cabins are still available on some 2017 European itineraries as well, and they also come with big savings: guests booking a Panorama Balcony, Grand Balcony & Owner’s One-Bedroom Suites on any 2017 sailing will get free roundtrip airfare to Europe if booked by March 31. Guests booking a stateroom cabin category will be eligible for a reduced airfare rate of $795 per person.

The 2017 river cruising season brings exciting additions for Emerald Cruises: three new ships – The Emerald Destiny on the Rhine and Danube rivers, The Emerald Liberté in France and the Emerald Radiance in Portugal – and new itineraries on Portugal’s Douro and France’s Rhône and Saône Rivers. The new Star Ships will bring Emerald’s total fleet to seven.

Emerald Cruises caters to the four-star-plus market by using deluxe ships and service and an incredibly inclusive pricing plan. The cruise fare includes some flights (depending on market and special offers); all transfers; all onboard (and some on-shore) meals; unlimited tea and coffee, wine, beer and soft drinks with lunch and dinner; bottled water in the cabins replenished daily; continental breakfast, pre-dinner canapés and after-dinner sweet treats served in the top suites; complimentary Wi-Fi onboard the ship; most shore excursions as well as all onboard and excursion gratuities.
