On this week’s episode, Elsa and I sat down to discuss using Medicare abroad, and if and when Medicare covers American travelers overseas. We ended up talking about a lot more than that, though. Elsa had a cruise cancelled due to low water, so I thought I would pick her brain about that since a lot of readers have questions about how the cruise lines react in those situations, and how a cancellation impacts cruise guests.
