  1. It’s very hard to say at the moment. Cruise companies are scrambling to figure out what the new normal will look like. But my best guess would be that because of social distancing, single travelers may get some sort of preferential pricing. That’s just me thinking out loud. We do know that Riviera River Cruises has attractive options for single travelers – even before the global pandemic.

  2. I cancelled my Avalon Danube Dreams with Oberammergau cruise because I didn’t want to commit to a cruise more than two years out. I would still like to cruise in 2021 and 2022, but now I am only interested in cruises with waived or significantly reduced single supplements. Can you give some insight into those possibilities? Are these cruise options now more likely? Will the cruise companies open up this farther out than they have historically?
