The Expansion Of AmaWaterways Concierge Golf Program Brings Golfers To France

AmaWaterways Concierge Golf Program is headed to a new destination: France. Starting in 2026, golf enthusiasts can enjoy a unique blend of championship-level play and luxury river cruising along the Seine aboard AmaDante, as part of the Impressions of the Seine & Paris itinerary.

Previously only available on the Danube aboard AmaMagna, this curated golf experience was developed in partnership with LGT Golf, a top European luxury golf tour operator. The Seine version includes up to five rounds at some of France’s most prestigious courses, with transportation to and from the ship via Mercedes vehicles. The package also includes golf carts (where available), range tokens and à la carte lunches with beer and wine at each course.

Guests opting into the program receive full concierge service, including post-round club and shoe cleaning, and a welcome kit stocked with premium gear like Titleist Pro V1 or Callaway Chrome Soft balls, a leather shoe bag and detailed course guides. AmaWaterways says it’s the most comprehensive offering for golfers in the river cruise industry.

The five featured courses are:

  • Le Golf National (Guyancourt): Host of the 2018 Ryder Cup and one of the most technically demanding courses in Europe.
  • Racing Club de France La Boulie (Versailles): A historic, tree-lined course designed by Willie Park Jr.
  • Golf PGA France du Vaudreuil (Normandy): Known for its scenic beauty and its role as host of the Vaudreuil Golf Challenge.
  • Golf Étretat (Étretat): A dramatic clifftop course overlooking the sea.
  • Golf de Saint-Germain (Saint-Germain-en-Laye): A prestigious, walk-only course designed by Harry Colt, surrounded by forest.

Golfers will return each evening to AmaDante, enjoying the line’s signature amenities, including spacious staterooms, regionally inspired cuisine, curated excursions and complimentary wellness activities.
